FXI, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, seeks a Pourline Supervisor to oversee the pourline operations on-site. The role requires directing hourly staff, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets while coordinating with engineers for PMs and calibration.
The supervisor will maintain SOPs and drive daily 5S and EHS activities. The candidate should have 1–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably in foam production, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
