API Production Associate Job Overview:
As a Production Associate, employees are responsible for the production of high‑quality circuit boards, wires, cables and light‑duty electro‑mechanical assemblies. The role requires ensuring that all quality and drawing standards are met. This is a hands‑on position that demands strong attention to detail, a positive team‑player attitude, and a “can do” mindset. Employees must be professional in appearance, willing to learn, and capable of operating small, intricate equipment with calm, steady hands.
Responsibilities include assembly steps such as placing, soldering, lead trimming, and cleaning of small electronic components, as well as occasional labeling, hardware fastening, light drilling, cable stripping, and mechanical assembly motions.
Our current flexible scheduling allows employees to plan work from 4 hours per week to 40 hours per week. We offer an expanded first shift with flexible start and end times and no mandatory weekends.
