Highlights/Benefits for Surgical Services Director (RN)

• Non profit, rural 80 bed community hospital near Fort Wayne, Indiana that has served its community for over 50 years
• The Surgical Services Director (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the department and be well supported by a Nurse Manager
• The Department performs over 4,000 annual procedures across general, orthopedic, urology, ENT, bariatrics, endoscopy, and robotics
• Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer
• COMPENSATION:
  Up to $130k base salary (dependent on experience), annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10%, and relocation assistance / sign on bonus are available to the successful candidate

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Director (RN)

• BSN required / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
• Minimum (2) have been in surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
• Inspirational and results oriented leader
• Should have a passion for rural healthcare
