Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Fort Wayne, Indiana
We are seeking a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a large community health center. This clinic is part of a Community Health Center network that has over 20 locations. This is a new location with over 6000 sq ft of space.
Job Qualifications /Job Duties
- Certified as a PMHNP in Indiana.
- Currently holding or eligible to obtain Prescriptive Authority in Indiana.
- The NP will work with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, LCSWs, and support staff to offer the best mental healthcare.
- The Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric health services, education, counseling, and emotional support.
- NPs see 20-25 patients per day.
- Competitive salary range of $136k to $155k plus a bonus program.
