• Monday - Friday schedule 10am - 6pm
• Chronic pain management including back pain and post-surgical cases
• Comprehensive pain assessment and treatment planning
• Experience with opioid abuse history patients required
• Acute injury management including potential ischemia cases
• Cancer pain management experience needed
