• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health and promptly communicate changes to RNs and physicians
• Support residents living with dementia through patience, empathy, and person‑centered approaches
• Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and families on individualized care plans
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment where residents feel at home

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or senior care preferred
• Compassionate mindset with strong clinical and communication skills
