Registered Nurse (RN) | Memory Care & Assisted Living | Kingston at Dupont – Fort Wayne, IN

Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana RN License Required

. This is your chance to support residents with dignity, guide nursing staff, and be part of a mission-driven team that values your expertise.

• Provide professional, compassionate nursing care in Memory Care and Assisted Living settings
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and wound care with accuracy
• Monitor and document changes in resident health, responding promptly and effectively
• Support residents living with dementia using person-centered, empathetic care approaches
• Supervise, mentor, and guide LPNs and CNAs to maintain high standards of care
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Foster a safe, supportive, and resident-first environment

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Dedication to supporting residents with dignity, safety, and quality of life
