Registered Nurse (RN) | Skilled Nursing, Rehab & Long-Term Care | Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne, IN

Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana RN License Required

Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, resident-focused care in our Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care community. From supervising staff to delivering hands-on clinical care, your role is essential to the health, safety, and dignity of our residents.

What

You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with accuracy and compassion
• Monitor and document resident health changes, responding promptly and professionally
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain excellent care standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families for coordinated care
• Help create a safe, supportive, and healing environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
