• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your unit
• Oversee individualized resident care plans, ensuring accuracy and quality outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Indiana nursing regulations, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care
• Build strong relationships with residents and families through clear, compassionate communication
• Support quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

• Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous leadership or supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care background preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities and a team-first mindset
