Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology to join our Coolspring Health Center in Michigan City, Indiana, with outreach to LaPorte and Chesterton. The provider will work independently within a supportive team alongside an experienced physician.

The role offers a flexible full-time schedule with no weekends or holidays, managing your own patient panel and an average outpatient volume of 18–21 patients per day, with outreach < 30 minutes from the main campus and no on-call duties.
