Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Fort Wayne, IN | Acute Care

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 4x12s, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM | No on-call requirements

• Provide bedside RN care for obstetrical patients presenting with a variety of care needs including PPROM, SROM, rule-out labor, induction of labor (IOL), Cesarean delivery, pre-eclampsia, and antepartum concerns
• Deliver high-acuity nursing care within a Level 3 Perinatal Center averaging 250+ deliveries per month
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within a 15-bed Labor & Delivery unit
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Adhere to unit protocols and hospital-issued scrub dress code requirements

• Active Indiana RN licensure required
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity L&D setting
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• All required licenses and certifications must be submitted with application or submission will not be considered

• Experience in a Level 3 Perinatal Center or comparable high-volume delivery environment
• Familiarity with managing complex obstetrical presentations including pre-eclampsia and antepartum complications
• Comfort with block scheduling options

• Expected 96 hours bi-weekly with a consistent night shift schedule and no floating requirements
• Work within a high-volume, Level 3 Perinatal Center offering meaningful clinical experience in a specialized and dynamic care environment
