Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to schedule showings that align with clients' needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and providing insights about each property.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer valuable advice to clients.
  • Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
  • Provide feedback to the team after showings to enhance our service and client satisfaction.
  • Support clients in understanding the buying process, building trust, and long‑term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with the Fort Wayne real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently, prioritizing client needs.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring properties are presented impeccably during showings.
  • Comfortable using technology and digital tools to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
Compensation

$98,500 - $212,400 yearly
