Barista; Part-Time

Job Summary

Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro‑audio gear and musical equipment, is seeking a motivated and friendly, customer‑facing part‑time barista for the team in our Crescendo Café. Our café plays a significant role in exemplifying Sweetwater’s values – providing excellent service and professional customer service to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will bring previous barista experience and a deep desire to prepare top‑notch drinks, serve pastries, ice‑cream treats and deliver a fantastic customer experience.

This PART‑TIME position is looking for Tuesday‑Friday, 3:00 pm‑7:30 pm and Saturday, 9:30 am‑4:30 pm.

• Provide an excellent customer experience for employees and outside guests
• Execute top‑notch drinks and ice‑cream treats
• Clean, sanitize and organize café workspace throughout the day
• Assist the team as needed with stock put‑away
• Restock the café, including baked goods, cold beverages, dairy, coffee, disposables, etc.
• Ensure that daily side‑work task sheets are completed
• Participate in daily special updates and artwork for the communication chalk board
• Gain knowledge and have a good understanding of all products being served
• Participate in creation of monthly specials and barista picks
