Role Overview

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to ensure high quality food and a safe, organized kitchen. You will train crew, maintain cleanliness, and uphold our Food With Integrity philosophy.

• Prepare, grill, and sauté food to order while following Chipotle’s kitchen procedures.
• Order food supplies and manage inventory, monitoring waste and resolving quality issues.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and equipment is maintained and repaired promptly.
• Maintain safety standards so the kitchen and crew remain accident‑free.
• Develop crew members to become future kitchen leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers, supporting excellent service and throughput.
• Fill out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and inventory rotation (FIFO).

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience.
