Biaggi’s is hiring Food Runners to join our growing team! If you have a passion for food and attention to detail, we want you! You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation of our dining rooms and providing a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables quickly and accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of food presentation.
• Acting as the communication link between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicating food orders, prioritizing requests such as allergies, and serving food in accordance with safety standards.
• Answering guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items.
• Performing side work and station setup.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
