General Manager; North Coliseum Boulevard

Overview

Domino’s Pizza is looking for a General Manager to lead and manage our store operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can coordinate every aspect of the store and set a high standard for their team.

• Responsible for everything that happens during the shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, adherence to standards, and marketing.
• Ensure a perfect image, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, and profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  For short distances for short durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product delivered twice a week or more; weights up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying:
  Large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb per tray) over short distances.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Trays on dollies up to 24–30 inches; require up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climbing:
  Infrequently navigate stairs or a ladder for maintenance.

• Stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks required continuously throughout the shift.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain for delivery (multi‑story buildings, private homes) while carrying products.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash, delivering product, and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, and sharp edges.
