• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports.
• Compliance: Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one; assistance provided to acquire licensing if needed.

• The range is based on the average rep in current markets
• Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly (on the 15th)
• Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale
