- Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales and policy review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the Team to establish and meet marketing and production goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Customer needs-based conversations, focused on identifying gaps in coverage and financial goals to provide solutions.
- Sales experience in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Must be able to obtain relevant insurance & financial service licenses.
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
- Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
