This is a hybrid position working in the local market onsite with the client and remotely when you are not needed onsite.
Our hiring process is different than what you might be used to. We focus on mutual fit vs. heavy mutual vetting upfront. The old‑fashioned interview method assumes that there is a good mutual fit and fast forward to vetting/interviewing. Both parties need more information to decide if there’s a fit. Our process will share a great deal of information with you first and let you “opt‑in” to the interview process once you see if the job is more than just a paycheck.
