As an outside appointment setter, you will be our ambassador in the field, actively engaging with homeowners to generate interest in our products. This role provides on-the-ground experience, allowing you to build valuable skills while contributing to the growth of the company. You will play a crucial part in initiating conversations, generating leads, and setting the stage for our experienced sales team.

• Working in teams, you will be knocking on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to benefits of our energy-efficient products.
• Engage in conversations to assess potential interest, address initial questions, and generate leads.

Comfortable working with a team, independently, and outdoors. Friendly and engaging communication skills. Punctuality. Leadership abilities. Proven canvassing experience a plus, but not a must. Must enjoy talking to people. Liking physical fitness a plus.
