What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow your portfolio of clients and revenue streams.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business while strengthening existing client relationships.

  • Take full accountability for personal sales goals, consistently exceeding expectations.

What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years freight brokerage or logistics sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Independent management and growth of a book of business.
  • Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations, pricing, modes, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Highly motivated self‑starter thriving in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Leadership potential and desire to grow into a team‑leadership role.
