• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
• Keep CRM (Service Titan) records clean and updated
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
• Work closely with outside sales & installation teams
• Hit and exceed key KPIs:
• 82%+ booking rate
• 120+ calls/day
• 20%+ aggregator conversion
• 100+ booked estimates/month

• High-energy, competitive personality
• Strong and confident phone communicator
• Thrives in a tracked, KPI-driven environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Fast learner with strong follow-up discipline
• Sales or home improvement experience is a plus, not required

💰 First-Year Earnings:

$52,000–$65,000 base (depending on experience)

Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commissions
