• Commission: $100 for every estimate completed by your assigned sales representative
• $200 additional bonus if the sale closes the same day
• Monthly Bonus Potential:
  Earn up to $10,000 per month based on sales from your leads
• Weekly pay via direct deposit (one-week payroll delay)
