I’m not looking for everyone. I’m looking for people who can show up, knock doors, and do the job the right way.

This is door-to-door appointment setting for attic inspections. You generate your own opportunities. If you can talk to homeowners, follow a script, and stay consistent, you’ll do well here.

If you can’t — you won’t last.

• 1099
• $1,200 average commission for a closed deal. Deals are closed by veterans

• Our team closes about 1 out of every 4 appointments
• Most solid reps make around $2,400 a week
• The right person can earn $150k–$250k a year

You don’t get hired just because you applied.

You’ll have to prove you can run the pitch
.
If you can deliver it clean, most people see results within a couple weeks.
If you can’t, this probably isn’t the right fit.

• Door knocking all day
• Talking with homeowners about comfort, energy bills, and attic issues
• Setting inspections for experienced closers
• No leads handed to you

• Experienced D2D reps who want a better operation
• People who don’t need babysitting
• People who show up and do the work they’re gifted at doing

We promote from within. Management is available for people who prove they can produce and lead.

We do things a certain way here. With discipline and purpose.
