What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go-to partner for assigned accounts and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

You’ll collaborate across teams, lead client conversations, solve challenges creatively, and help shape the future of healthcare benefits.
ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts
- Help clients navigate healthcare and benefits challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams like claims, eligibility, clinical, and support
- Lead meetings, reporting discussions, and strategy reviews
- Manage implementations, renewals, and plan updates
- Proactively solve issues before they become problems
- Advocate for clients and members to create the best possible experience
- Look for smarter, faster, and better ways to do things
- Jump into new projects and opportunities as we continue to grow
- 3-5 years in account management, customer success, healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits
- Experience with TPAs, health plans, or benefits administration is a plus
- Experience working with employers, brokers, or healthcare vendors is helpful
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
