Regular travel throughout the assigned territorySUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth for infusion therapy services throughout the Greater Fort Wayne market. The ideal candidate will be located within approximately one hour of Fort Wayne and bring established healthcare sales experience calling on specialty clinics.

This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional who understands the healthcare landscape and can develop strong partnerships with providers and clinic decision-makers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with specialty clinics throughout the Greater Fort Wayne territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinic decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
• Sell infusion therapy services into specialties including Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and other applicable markets.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each clinic's needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the infusion therapy market, industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and help ensure services align with client expectations.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Track sales activity, opportunities, pipeline performance, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales reporting and updates to leadership.
• Stay current on trends affecting specialty practices and infusion therapy services.

WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience selling infusion therapy services into specialty physician practices such as Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Immunology, or similar specialties.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

PREFERRED
• Established relationships with specialty clinics or healthcare providers in the Greater Fort Wayne market.
• Previous experience selling infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, biologics, or related healthcare services.
