Building Engineer/Supervisor (Onsite)

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Annual salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year plus potential annual bonus, with generous health benefits, retirement options, and PTO.

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 3 full‑time technicians and part‑time technicians.
• Provide daily guidance, support, and leadership.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations for a Class A high‑rise building with 15 tenants.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant requests.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life‑safety systems operate optimally.
• Coordinate contractors, repair work, and capital projects.
• Manage work orders through Yardi.
• Assist with operations as new buildings are added to the portfolio.

• 3+ years of mechanical/facilities maintenance experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Commercial or high‑rise building experience.
• Ability to manage contractors and coordinate repairs.
• Hands‑on approach with strong communication and tenant service skills.
• Experience with Yardi or similar systems.

• HVAC certification or relevant HVAC experience.
• Knowledge across plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Experience implementing or improving maintenance processes.
