Join our Field Operations team as a Plumber Crew Leader – Construction Crew Leader and oversee critical water and sewer projects.

Position:
Plumber Crew Leader – Construction Crew Leader Pay: $29 – $32 per hour

Schedule:

7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

• Supervise and direct a construction crew in water distribution and sewer/storm collection systems
• Oversee excavations, repair leaks, replace pipe sections, install new assets, and handle valves from 4"–24"
• Perform plumbing work including soldering copper pipe and meter sets
• Operate and direct heavy equipment and trucks as needed
• Ensure jobsite safety, compliance with OSHA standards, and proper documentation of daily work
• Train and mentor crew members

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years' experience in heavy equipment construction
• Valid Indiana driver's license; CDL with "A" endorsement within 180 days
• Certified Competent Person:
  Excavation/Trench & Confined Space (must obtain within 90 days of start)

• Lead a skilled crew on essential city infrastructure projects
• Work in a hands‑on role with variety and responsibility
