Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Mac Allister Machinery Co., Inc. seeks a Field Technical Support Specialist to deliver hands-on repair guidance across all branches, including shop floors, field service, and classroom training. The role requires deep knowledge of hydraulics, engines, powertrain, electrical/electronics, and CAT systems.
You will mentor technicians, coordinate with CAT, travel to branches for training, and lead classroom and on-the-job instruction. On-call duties and potential second/third shifts apply as needed.
