Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Entry Level Data Center Technicians for a long-term opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN. Responsibilities- Assist with construction activities, including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
- Work alongside supervisors and skilled tradespeople to support daily project needs
- Follow all job-site safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks, including pulling cable, labeling, and staging materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow direction and participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills
- No prior experience required — training provided
- Interest in building a long-term career in data centers, cabling, or construction
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
