  Join a specialized fleet designed with drivers in mind. With weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized freight tailored to your needs, we balance the weekly home time you want with the miles to keep you moving.
• Regionalized Freight:
  Freight for our Regional Fleet is focused in specific regions, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet your needs.
• Average Weekly Miles:
  Drivers typically run 2,000 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
• Average Weekly Pay: $1200 gross per week.
• Average Length of Haul: 300 miles.
• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.

Equipment and Support:

• Drive in 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
• Get 24/7 access to operations supportno matter the time or day.

Vacation Package:

• 1 year = 1 week
• 3 years = 2 weeks
• 7 years = 3 weeks
• 15 years = 4 weeks

Pay and Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Performance Bonus:
  Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date. Must be an active OTR driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify.
