Pro Resources is partnering with a leading book and content distribution center to hire dependable Order Pullers.

Picker
PayL $17.50.
The Order Puller will pull, count, and verify book product for customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Obtain picking lists or task group assignments from leadership, input orders into the production system, and retrieve a cart.
Pull and verify the correct number of each item from shelves based on the task assignment using paper, Radio Frequency (RF), or voice-activated processes, and place product on the cart.
Scan completed orders out of production and push carts to the correct staging area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Knowledge- At least 6 months of work history in one previous job.
- At least 6 months of work experience involving walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and typing/keyboarding.
- Reading comprehension and writing skills at a high school level.
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely and follow safety guidelines in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Ability to work independently or collaborate in a group environment.
- Ability to be flexible and multitask based on workflow demands.
- Ability to meet and maintain production standards.
- Reliable attendance.
- Prior order picking or order fulfillment experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Experience using RF scanners or voice-directed picking systems.
- Familiarity with warehouse management or production tracking systems.
- Experience working in a rate- or production-standard-driven environment.
- Walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.
- Lift and carry up to 20 lbs. through a full range of motion during the assigned shift.
- Push and pull up to 45 lbs. in a warehouse environment (10 lbs. or less frequently; 11–45 lbs. occasionally).
- Grip and grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
- Bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder level, and type/keyboard frequently.
- Exposure to a wide range of temperatures.
Able to walk and stand continuously, lift and carry up to 20 lbs., push and pull up to 45 lbs., grip and grasp, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, crawl, and reach above shoulder level throughout the assigned shift. Must be able to work the designated shift, including overtime as required, which may include time before or after the scheduled shift and/or weekends.
