** Position Summary
** The Warehouse Associate supports the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. This position performs a variety of picking, receiving, stocking, inventory, and general warehouse duties to support daily operations and production needs.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Pick and stage materials/ work orders accurately using warehouse scanning systems.
* Unload, receive, and process incoming shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
* Verify incoming materials against packing slips and report discrepancies.
* Stock and replenish inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established warehouse processes.
* Assist with cycle counts and the investigation of inventory discrepancies.
* Support material flow between receiving, storage, picking, staging, and production areas.
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
* Communicate priorities, shortages, and issues to the appropriate team members.
* Assist with training new warehouse employees as needed.
* Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
** Systems & Equipment
*** Warehouse management and RF scanning systems, such as RF-SMART and Net Suite.
* Forklifts, pallet jacks, and other standard warehouse equipment.## Qualifications

*** Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to follow standard processes and safety requirements.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, or picking experience preferred.
* Experience with RF scanning technology preferred.
* Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
** Physical & Work Requirements
*** Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
* Ability to safely lift and move materials consistent with company requirements.
* Ability to work in a warehouse environment and safely operate assigned equipment.
