Ticket Assistant £13.50

Nevis Range is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team for the upcoming season. If you love working with people and enjoy the buzz of a busy visitor destination, we want to hear from you!

Based at our busy ticket office, you'll be helping customers purchase gondola/Bike passes and activity tickets, providing information, and ensuring everyone is ready to enjoy their day on the mountain.

• Preparing and issuing cash till floats in line with company procedures.
• Cashing up and reconciling end-of-day takings across all departments.
• Recording and reporting daily visitor statistics and revenue figures accurately.
• Conducting and logging monthly safe checks.
• Placing and managing cash change orders as required.
• Maintaining and cashing up car parking kiosks.
• Responding to customer email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Processing and logging campsite bookings.
• Selling tickets and passes using company till systems.
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service and answering queries.
• Managing queues efficiently during peak operational periods.
• Resolving ticketing issues and customer concerns effectively and professionally.

Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour
