Lead Health and Social Care Support Worker
Join NHS Ayrshire & Arran as a Lead Health and Social Care Support Worker. The Care at Home team are recruiting to provide supervision, support and advice to our care teams throughout Lochaber.
Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support to care teams.
- Deliver advice on best practice in health and social care.
- Participate in a 4‑day on / 4‑day off working rotation.
- Training and development from entry‑level to management.
- Secure pay and pension.
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Willingness and ability to achieve 2 modules of SVQ 4 supervisory award with support within an agreed timescale.
