We are recruiting to a part time post working in NHS Highland to cover a maternity leave, within the First Contact Physiotherapy service Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner roles based in primary care work alongside GP’s and other professionals in rural general practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner based in primary care to work alongside GP’s and other professionals. We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist/s to join the NHS Highland First Contact and mainstream Physiotherapy Team to be based in practices across Fort William in the surrounding area of Lochaber, one of the most beautiful and popular locations in the Highlands of Scotland, you will have wider links with the Lochaber Physiotherapy Team.

Applications are invited from physiotherapists who have advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of MSK conditions.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a high standard of clinical care with previous specialist experience in this field. Injection skills and prescribing are part of this role and you will be expected to work toward completion of both if you do not have the qualification on application. Job share and part time applications will be considered.

A full current driving licence and use of car for work purposes is essential
