We are looking for a caring and compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team through the nurse bank.
The successful candidate will support patients having dialysis and will be working closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
This role is suited to individuals with experience caring for adults on dialysis.
We are seeking someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for our patients.
