Newcastle upon Tyne (with nationwide travel to Cumbria, Birmingham, Peterborough, Southampton, etc.) Position Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Contracts (Male & Female candidates welcome) We are seeking dedicated Children's Support Workers based in Newcastle to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support packages across the UK.

Key Responsibilities Provide tailored care, emotional support, and practical guidance to children and young people. Travel to and manage residential, community, or emergency packages in locations including Birmingham, Peterborough, Southampton, and across the UK. De-escalate challenging situations using approved physical intervention and restraint techniques. Work collaboratively with social care teams, local authorities, and healthcare professionals. Requirements Right to Work:
Full UK Right to Work required (Unrestricted status only). Licence & Vehicle:
Valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own personal vehicle are mandatory. Mobility:
Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide for short-term or ongoing packages.

Certifications:

PMVA / Conflict Resolution / Restraint Training certificate preferred. (In-house training will be provided to suitable candidates willing to complete the course). Sponsorship:
