Nestled within the breathtaking area of outstanding natural beauty, our Glen Coecountry house proudly boasts 42elegantly appointed bedrooms, providing a serene retreat for up to 59guests embarking on guided or self-guided tour holidays. As the Maintenance Person your role will be to handle day-to-day maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting, heating, pool plant care, carpentry, and electrics. You will team up with the Area Maintenance Manager for special projects throughout the house, showcasing your expertise in action.
You will work closely with the House Gardener or contract gardener, ensuring the garden area remains picturesque, through tasks like mending fences, tending to external lights, and maintaining walls.
We would love to hear from you if you have these essential skills:
- Recent hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, pool plant maintenance, or a related trade – your expertise is our strength!
- A 'can-do' attitude that embraces challenges with enthusiasm and a flexible approach to handle diverse tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety practices within a work environment.
- Effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
