The leadership team at the Belford Hospital is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to join our small, friendly team. You will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team and take part in the on‑call rota.

Fort William, nestled at the foot of Britain’s highest mountain and the "outdoor capital of the UK," offers a superb lifestyle for those who enjoy fresh air and outdoor activities. It has excellent schools and is within day‑trip distance of Glasgow and Inverness.

The Belford Hospital is a busy rural general hospital covering a large geographical area. It has a 24‑hour Emergency Department, a 17 bed CAU, a 2 bed HDU and a 12 bed rehabilitation ward.

In this role you will provide professional clinical leadership and develop practices within the Belford Hospital. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and inspiring leader who will lead and manage a diverse and motivated nursing team.
