Job overviewThe leadership team at the Belford Hospital is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to join our small, friendly team. You will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team and take part in the on‑call rota.

Hospital overviewThe Belford Hospital is a busy rural general hospital covering a large geographical area. It has a 24‑hour Emergency Department, a 17 bed CAU, a 2 bed HDU and a 12 bed rehabilitation ward.
Role descriptionIn this role you will provide professional clinical leadership and develop practices within the Belford Hospital. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and inspiring leader who will lead and manage a diverse and motivated nursing team.
