Job Description & How to Apply Below

At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Crown Vets on a full-time basis.

Crown Vets Fort William is a well-established mixed practice with a friendly and experienced team of 8 Vets, 3 RVNs and a fantastic support team. The practice sees a varied small animal caseload, with opportunities to manage more complex cases in-house due to its distance from referral centres, alongside optional involvement in farm and equine work.

The team is committed to high standards of patient care and nurse development, with investment in equipment such as Class IV Laser Therapy, Edan Multi-parameter, HT Vista (non-invasive skin cancer screening device) and advanced DRX imaging.

There is a strong focus on areas including preventative healthcare, dentistry and nutrition, all within a positive and sociable team environment. There is a focus to being a fear‑free practice. There is also the opportunity to join with weekly out‑reach clinics, where the ‘consultation room’ is taken to clients in more remote areas. These days are a superb way to also explore the stunning area of Lochaber, usually visiting a croft or two on the way back to the practice.
