We are a leading high‑street fashion retailer seeking a General Store Manager for our fabulous store that sells stylish fashion and delivers an excellent experience for all customers.

The ideal candidate will be committed, energetic, and enjoy working in a team with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and staff. Passion for selling and delivering a great customer experience, and a commitment to achieving KPI’s and sales targets are essential.

• Exceed store targets and deliver KPI’s.
• Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results.
• Lead your team in delivering a great customer experience.
• Continue to develop personal sales techniques and support the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximise sales.
• Deliver high standards of visual merchandising.
• Ensure the sales floor is neat, clean, organised, and always reflects the correct visual image.
• Commercially drive sales in a customer‑focused environment.
• Motivate, coach, and develop the team.
• Manage store P&L and costs.

• Commercial awareness.
• Excellent leadership credentials.
• An ability to drive sales through your team.
• Strong training and development capabilities.

Salary: £28,000 plus package.
