The hourly rate starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. The position guarantees a minimum of 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours also available.

Shifts will be scheduled within the availability windows, with a minimum of 3 weeks' notice.

• Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in store.
• Work across all store areas and with all colleagues, serving as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
• Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet a little better every day.

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering excellent service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
• Build long‑lasting, inclusive relationships to create a supportive team environment.
• A clear communicator using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
