This fixed term Social Work Assistant Practitioner Referral Assessment Officer will join the Lochaber Adult Social Work Team for a temporary, part‑time contract of 30 hours per week. The role will be part of a fully integrated adult social care service with NHS Highland.

• Deliver generic case work that includes statutory duties, person‑centred outcome focused assessments and reviews.
• Manage a broad range of situations and issues and work effectively with a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Provide assessments and referrals within the Lochaber area.

• Experience working with people with a wide range of needs.
• Strong person‑centred and outcome‑focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Emotionally resilient and able to handle diverse cases.
• Desire to work part‑time 30 hours per week.
