Right There seeks an Intensive Family Support Worker to help young people aged 12 to 18 stay safe and connected. You will build trusted relationships with families, assess needs and support goals with a restorative approach.
The role is casual with ad hoc shifts, based in Fort William and surrounding areas, with travel to home addresses and local community settings. Salary is £14.41 per hour; you’ll report to the Service Manager and enjoy paid annual leave and pension eligibility.
