Accounting Manager

• Oversee and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
• Manage reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen control environments.
• Support financial technology systems implementation and enhancement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
