. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on CPA to join the finance leadership team and play a key role in the company’s expansion. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and managing high‑performing teams and the ability to scale accounting operations for the next phase of growth. This highly visible role will be integral to all strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close.
• Oversee internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead financial reporting and board reporting.
• Manage the annual audit process.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA required

• 7-10+ years of accounting and leadership experience.
• Proficiency with modern accounting ERPs (e.g., Net Suite, Sage, Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
