Professional Bookkeeper Opportunity in Fort Worth, TX

• Company: Established organization with a strong focus on customer service and a collaborative team environment.
• Role: Seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The primary responsibilities include maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Process revenue invoices and perform data entry tasks
• Manage client accounts, post payments, and follow up on overdue invoices
• Collaborate with management on financial issues and reporting
• Handle administrative duties such as answering calls, managing mail, and assisting customers as needed
• Qualifications:
• Accounting Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
