S+H Search is partnering with a nationally recognized, publicly traded organization in the residential construction space to identify an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to support multiple operating divisions in a highly structured, fast-paced environment.

This role sits at the intersection of corporate accounting and field operations, serving as a key liaison between divisions and headquarters. The right candidate enjoys digging into complex transactions, improving processes, and ensuring clean, accurate financials while working closely with leadership across the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Prior experience supporting field or division-based operations a plus
