• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal reports.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger close.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Conduct monthly gross margin analysis and assist with variance reviews.
• Support the preparation and remittance of state sales tax filings.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting requests.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support financial activities and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
